I deposited 30000 INR using UPI bank transfer on 25/02/2025 and transaction is successfully sent but till today my deposit is not credited to my gaming account. 9winz customer support is denying the receipt of the payment by saying it's not credited to our end please contact your bank. Bank has already confirmed me that transaction is successful and please verify receiver bank statement for further information. My money 30000 INR is huge amount which is missing since few days.
