I've got roughly $1717 withdraw pending from 4 days go and then the site sent down. All they keep saying is the site will be up and running within the hour. Both onnothe phone and life chat when I could access that. I can't get my withdraw pls help

They are a part of Johnny Kash and kola room vip. Exactly the same scenario. Owned by same group. I called the 1800 number lie the other guy and a guy answered and said yes it's going to be back up soon. That was 24hrs ago.

Please note that these brands are not listed on the LCB site, however, they were always responsive and they were replying to us whenever we had a complaint about their brand on our forum.

Yeah much appreciated. I don't see why they are choosing to go down this path, even 9f the authorities are banning the sites, how is that justification for stealing our funds?!

The ACMA has requested that the website be blocked. I had $7500 pending withdrawal and it looks like I won't be getting it. Can't even log in to speak to customer support. Is there anything we can do. I'm devastated.
