I've been waiting for my funds to be withdrawn for 10 days, but to no avail. The only available method is Skrill which I can't use. I have not received any alternative to solve the problem. My case is sent back to the finance department all the time. No information that solves the problem is coming back from the financial department. It's a joke. Don't play there because you may not get your money back.
