I have been looking for a withdrawal I made to my Visa on the 28/04/2011 >:D, after invesitgation with the processor etc, turns out my money was sitting in a holding account with my Bank. 
I am in New Zealand, not sure if its just happening here, but my bank told me they have been inundated with customers looking for their money, turns out Visa has changed the way they process and have not notified receiving banks.
So if your looking for your bucks try your Bank especially if your in NZ, 
call disputed card transactions and they can locate and process your money.
VOUS CHERCHEZ VOTRE RETRAIT VIA VISA ?????

Je suis en Nouvelle-Zélande, je ne sais pas si cela se produit ici, mais ma banque m'a dit qu'elle avait été inondée de clients à la recherche de leur argent, il s'avère que Visa a changé la façon dont ils traitent et n'a pas informé les banques réceptrices.
Donc, si vous cherchez votre argent, essayez votre banque, surtout si vous êtes en Nouvelle-Zélande, appelez les transactions par carte contestées et ils peuvent localiser et traiter votre argent. -

The transaction type is a new method of transferring money implemented in mid April. Visa would never introduce a new transaction type without notification. It's up to the issuer of the card or software provider to ensure that their systems can accept such a transaction (coding etc.). I was given advanced notice of upcoming Visa technical changes a minimum of 6 months in advance at the bank I worked for.

Le type de transaction est une nouvelle méthode de transfert d'argent mise en œuvre à la mi-avril. Visa n'introduireait jamais un nouveau type de transaction sans notification. Il appartient à l'émetteur de la carte ou au fournisseur de logiciel de s'assurer que ses systèmes peuvent accepter une telle transaction (codage, etc.). J'ai été informé à l'avance des modifications techniques à venir sur Visa au moins 6 mois à l'avance dans la banque pour laquelle je travaillais.

Yes Froggy that appears to be the case, my bank here in New Zealand says they were nt aware of the changes in processing until they were inundated with calls from customers, which they are working with Visa to resolve, I actually thought my casino was being dodgy lol all has turned out well.
Oui Froggy, cela semble être le cas, ma banque ici en Nouvelle-Zélande dit qu'elle n'était pas au courant des changements de traitement jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit inondée d'appels de clients, qu'elle travaille avec Visa pour résoudre. douteux mdr, tout s'est bien passé.
