i'm not usually one to complain about things but today I'm going to! :) I've been playing at My Empire Casino for a couple of years now and I've deposited a lot of money and play regularly without withdrawing much at all. About a month or two ago I finally was making a withdrawal of only $20 and it took them almost 3 weeks to process which is ridiculous! Especially when it's crypto!They just kept telling me that there are a lot of other withdrawals to process but no one usually takes that long so I won't be going there any more. Unfortunately.:(

Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre d'habitude, mais aujourd'hui, je vais le faire ! :) Je joue sur My Empire Casino depuis deux ans maintenant et j'ai déposé beaucoup d'argent, je joue régulièrement sans faire beaucoup de retraits. Il y a un ou deux mois, j'ai enfin pu retirer seulement 20 $, et il leur a fallu presque trois semaines pour traiter ma demande, ce qui est ridicule ! Surtout quand il s'agit de cryptomonnaies ! Ils n'arrêtaient pas de me dire qu'il y avait beaucoup d'autres retraits à traiter, mais personne ne prend habituellement autant de temps, donc je n'irai plus là-bas. Malheureusement. :(
