My account ID is 343190981. I am filing a formal dispute against 1win because they are refusing to pay out my legitimate winnings.
The issue started when I placed bets using a 50 MDL Free Bet bonus. After the matches concluded successfully, I won six parlay tickets, totaling 11,061.77 MDL. However, 1win arbitrarily and without any valid reason marked these winning tickets as "Lost" in my history and disabled the cash-out option to prevent me from withdrawing.
Following this, I attempted to resolve the issue directly with 1win's live chat support for a full month. Instead of providing a proper explanation or correcting the error, their support agents completely ignored me, gave evasive answers, and kept stalling.
I have attached screenshots and evidence proving that the bets were winning and that my account is affected. I kindly request LCB's assistance in forcing 1win to review my account and properly credit my 11,061.77 MDL winnings. Thank you.

J'ai ensuite tenté de résoudre le problème directement avec le service client de 1win par chat pendant un mois. Au lieu de fournir une explication claire ou de corriger l'erreur, leurs agents m'ont complètement ignoré, ont donné des réponses évasives et ont fait traîner les choses. J'ai joint des captures d'écran et des preuves attestant que les paris étaient gagnants et que mon compte est affecté. Je vous prie d'intervenir auprès de LCB afin d'obliger 1win à examiner mon compte et à me verser mes gains de 11 061,77 MDL. Merci.
