can the live help be wrong?
he kept telling me that 1.25 is including the bonus (but it's not cashable) so only .25 is cashable so which is 125$ I told him that is not my understanding of it, but he kept saying no -

you can withdraw $625 but only $125 will get processed since the bonus is sticky. Apologies if this isn't clear and I wish I could have a note beside the bonus but I still think it's better than the Microgaming freeplays where you can only win a depositing bonus, meaning it's not really free.

I tried to claim the free play promo....I did click on the banner but the agent at live help told me I did not sign up through LCB! So he said I could not get it through him and told me to ask here. How could this be? >:( By the way this is a great site and the term "casino whoring" is brilliant. Any one have any thoughts on my predicament? I have deposited at several Rival casinos but not This is Vegas so ....how else could I have registered elsewhere by clicking the banner here. Maybe its just BS. So far I like Vegas Sky and deposited there after playing the free chip. Any help appreciated. -

Okay, lets see if I am understanding your situation correctly first off, You clicked the banner as is necessary, BUT did you also register for the first time having never played at the casino "This is vegas"? or did you just reinstall the casino, after clicking the link? (one way to tell if you have previously been a member is if when you click "for real money" your old user name is already input for you. I have had my husband (unbeknown to me till later) sign up for a casino and use up the new player bonuses the he uninstalled it. OH MY GOSH! that was sooooooooooo embarrassing

I think, you should uninstall it and come back to our forum and click the same banner you did in the past to re install it if you truly never registered at this casino before this time that should take care of the problem...sorry I m not so sure~ ::)

I have a different suggestion... you signed up through our banner, lcb, you didn't get the exclusive promo money, and you tried to ask question but didn't get an clear answer...why don't you write a nice letter to John, manager at this casino and ask... he is so wonderful and I am sure he would find out why.
Thanks for your responses...all the guy at live help would tell me is that I DID NOT register through the link. I said how is that possible when I used the link? He just tried to brush me off after that and said "maybe LCB can help you claim it." I said but it is your promo ! So unless I have lost my mind completely...I think I would know where I played before. But heres the thing...he did not say I had played there, deposited there etc. just that I had not registered through LCB. So excuse my language...but how the F**K would I even know about this promo which is an LCB exclusive if not through this site.? >:( I will try your suggestion to reinstall and see if that works. Otherwise I will just not play there because if what he claimed was true why did he not want to answer my question as to when I supposedly registered elsewhere? Again thanks for the insight but I just think they did not want to give it..maybe too many people claimed it?
