Wow Whitespade!  I have deposited between 300-400 so far.  I am a newbie there and I did ask for a free chip once and they told me there was nothing available   I LOVE casinos that surprise you with a chip now and again.  VRC has that down really good!  I did inquire at Lock Casino today about the refer a friend program and mentioned a chip.  Denise gave me 15 bucks without a second thought!  I have deposited there but no where near what I have deposited at Slot Madness.  I keep bouncing from Titan, Lock but play mostly at SM. 

yeah- free chips aren't really that big of a deal to me- but they are a nice gesture to show appreciation.

To those who feel their free chips are unfair as far as the end result not having any means due to the total versus withdrawable amount, I'm sure if you were to bring it to Miles attention he would correct it so that if you did make playthrough you could cash out.

I understand the frustration, however the rep is showing that he understands the issue and posting complaints after he has shown a solution probably won't get you as far as a "could you please fix this for me?". 

Now, if it was with a casino who replied "whether it makes sense or not that is just the way it is" it would be understandable to be upset.  Seems here customer service is doing their job but luckily we have a resource (Miles) to dig a little deeper and find a solution or a fix.

I made playthrough on free chip Sat but funds are still in there.  I've had to keep reversing my withdrawal for different issues but hopefully the money will end up in my quicktender soon.  I guess even as a depositing customer a deposit was still need to be made to cash out the free chip.  At least the staff has been really nice but I am hoping sometime today the withdrawal will be complete.
