    First I'd like to apologize on behalf of the casino for the big delay in sending your withdrawal.  If you read back in this thread you'll see I explained that a couple of months ago there was an unusually high amount of withdrawals requests and it delayed the whole process.  The casino slowly got back up to date and that's why you had been given a specific date for your last check to be sent.

    However, just a couple of days ago (hence the change in timeframe), we lost our payment processor and all checks (and other payment methods) had to be put on hold while procedures with a new payments processor are set up.

    Sorry for the delay in writing back, you posted Friday night and I wasn't here Monday/Tuesday.

    I'm not sure if you saw my post above, in which I tried to explain the reasons for the delay in sending your withdrawal.  The representatives in the Withdrawal department don't lie, at least not on purpose, they work with the estimates they are given and unfortunately sometimes things happen that are out of our control, like in this case losing a processor.

    I've given your QuickTender information to the Accounting deparment and your withdrawal will be sent soon, most likely by Friday.

    Usually the payment method doesn't make a difference, so it was true when they told you that several weeks ago, the processor situation changed that temporarily.

  • Coolcat processed my 5/22 withdrawal request on 6/5.  I was surprised.  Does that mean that this will probably be paid out in a reasonable time frame or should I request transfer to my eWalletXpress account?  Are the new processors in place yet?

    We're expecting the processors to be back up soon, most likely next week; your withdrawal isn't scheduled to be sent until then (7 to 10 business days) and since it takes some time for eWallet to send your funds and they deduct a large fee, I would wait if I were you, but it's completely your call.

    Hi Cosmo,

    Your case is out of the ordinary because you usually have a lot of withdrawals pending at the same time, and since the casino has to leave some time in between each payment sent, unfortunately this delays your installments.

    Your next payment should be approved next week, since your last payment was approved June 1; the casino usually leaves 7 to 10 business days in between approvals.

    Yes, I'm really sorry your last installment took so long to be approved and then sent, unfortunately you were one of the most affected with all the delays the casino had, especially since you had three separate approvals.

    Your funds have been sent to QT. Just so you know, the account number you gave me ended in 8 and apparently that was incorrect; somehow the Accounting department looked into it and sent it to the same account number except ending in 6.

    It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for funds to be sent so it should've been sent to you this week, we apologize for the delay.  It is scheduled to go on Monday.

    Regarding LH's post, once I am asked to help you can feel confident on what I'm saying, please don't feel like you need to contact Customer Service any further, it's not necessary.  Also, fees deducted vary depending on the amount sent and the processor, $60 is a fee deducted usually for amounts sent higher than yours.

    "FREE CHIPS
    - A regular customer may cash out 2 times the value of the chip if they have not cashed out on free chips in the past, otherwise only the amount of free chip."


    This can be found in the general rules section.  This applies for manual free chips given to players by Customer Support for various reasons, the rules are posted in the general section because these are not specific promotions that can be found anywhere else in the website.

    The new player promotion you used has its own very clear and specific terms and conditions, they are easy to find just below the promotion itself:

    received payout from coolcat this weekend for 1406,sent to my ewallet account. this is fine ,but they never sent the 10% withdrawal fee. when i questioned henry, he said that fee was only being sent while the procesoor was down may 22 -25. i asked for the withdrawal to come to my ewallet account,but i stipulated it must be done with the withdrawal fee.
    i have some approved withdrawals w/sov, if they want to send them all out w/ewallet i'll accept as long as they send the $150 max transfer fee that ewallet charges,thx cosmod

    We're having issues with our payment processor at the moment. They will be fixed but at the moment we don't have an estimate on when, so your payments will be delayed.  If you can open an eWalletXpress account, we can send your funds much faster.  All you need to do is make a small deposit and validate your bank account.  For this week, the fee charged by eWalletXpress to withdraw will be added to your funds.

    As I had mentioned in my post (quoted above), eWalletXpress fees were being covered only that week, due to the processor being down.  The withdrawal that was sent to you on June 6 included the fee.  If you didn't want to continue receiving your other withdrawals through eWallet, you should've said so to me or someone in customer service.

    If you'd like I can write in your Cool Cat account (remind me of other casino accounts if you want me to include a comment as well) that you do not wish to receive more withdrawals through eWallet.

    However, please consider that eWalletXpress deducts 10% up to $150 when a withdrawal from them is made.  In your case, since you have a lot of withdrawals coming, through other methods such as a check or wire a fee would be deducted by our processor, they could vary between $65 and $100 depending on the amount being sent, but in this case the whole amount was sent to you, no fee was deducted.  If you accumulate for example $5,000 in eWalletXpress before making a withdrawal, you'll be saving money in fees.

    no one is giving me an answer on this . but its clear to me that a skilled player can make deposits just like anyone else and become or in my case continue to be a vip.
    please have them enter me back as vip, i have invested a lot of time and money into this site, and i dont want to be deprived what i have earned.
