I would like to share my experience with the Cirrus casino. It looks like the bonus that I "beat" is actually no longer available so I'm just going to post this here.

1st let me say if you are reading this, thank you for even coming here. I have played quite a bit at all of your casinos and overall had a lot of fun and won some too, thank you. Though your payments were usually slow (about 2 months from cash out) I always got them, thank you.
Recently 10/10/11 I deposited at POC and took advantage of the extra no restrictions $50 by using a credit card. Your support staff told me I did not have to take advantage of any coupons. I have the transcript of this chat) so I deposited $30, you added $50 and I won $250.
The withdrawal was denied after lengthy explanation on my part of the circumstances. I was given the choice of continuing to play with $250 and complete a 60X play-through (video poker) or start again with $30. Wait a minute I thought this $50 was "just like cash", had no restrictions, etc??
I am on you list of players who can no longer get no restriction bonuses but that's not what this was.
May be too late now, I played and lost, but since I intend to never go back to a Virtual casino, and I spent a lot of money there, I thought I would at least give you the courtesy to reply or resolve this matter.

I can only speak for myself on prism casino in particular and they do pay out eventually. I have had numerous payouts off them and if people are willing to wait on average of about a month they will be paid. The reps ingrid and cindy do a great job but the whole process shouldnt really take that long

Oh there was just one more thing ...
If any rep from the Virtual Group could assist me i currently have three
pending withdrawls which are all now at the ten business day mark at
Slots of Vegas , Club Player , and Cool Cat Casinos.
Thus far I havent had a clear picture of any precise time frame as to
when I will receive validation on said pending withdrawls and subsequent
payment thereof.
All playthrough wagering requirements have been met , documentation
submitted , confirmed to be on file and in order , multiple confirmations
from live support that everything is in order.
Just looking to bring closure to the matter if any rep could help the same

Things should be identical at all the Virtual casinos which includes Club Player.
I've won quite a bit at the Virtual casinos: Virtual (1) Slots of Vegas (4), Palace of Chance (1), Party City (1), VIP Lounge (1) In almost all cases it took about 2 months from the time I cashed out to get my check.

cool cat inside the 7-10 which is bang on the amount of time that approvals take
i guess they must have their hands full over at club player atm *shrugs* ..my theory is

I know what its like to run a business I think the biggest problem is the amount
of bonus abusers and fraudsters ..this would have an effect on the auditing process ..
and payout process ..the volume of claims would be difficult to get through ..
but like all things good things take time.
My general feedback is that things are improving and that systems are being
examined for implementation ..I believe time will yield good results and a positive
outcome on a general scale. -

I was looking to see if anyone has been successful with receiving their withdrawls from Club Player. I too have been approved with meeting all the requirements. I was told I would receive my check no later than today, a week ago. I was told to check back in the middle of the week, then the next day, and now I've been told to call back next week. I am getting worried that I wont receive it..well... just trying not to get my hopes up.... but I really do HOPE I GET IT !

Regarding getting paid from Cirrus and Club player, I've haven't spent a lot of time playing at either, maybe 1 or 2 deposits each but recently I had some mis-understandings with Palace of chance and I got a lot of help from the Club Player manager in the communication to the POC manager which ended with me being given an exception chip for the mis-understanding. I had quite a few wins at the other Virtual casinos and they all seemed to get processed fairly quickly but getting the check usually took about 8 weeks from cash out. In all cases (except this mis-understanding) I did get paid. Like Azrial says better slow pay then no pay. Good quote Azrial
Check with the support staff, they usually have a pretty good idea what will and won't be coming to you.
If you feel you've followed all the rules and are still having problems start with the casino reps section on this site. I've had good results and lots of help both times I did.

I liked Wild Vegas casino before it was the only one I played on for quite a while until they decided to screw me over.
The last time, I used a free $100 dolalr chips, played texas hold 'em and got through the $3000 playthrough with well over the 250 max cash outs bonus. I was at about 500 and it went down to 250 after I finished the playthrough, very cool I made it. Decided to withdraw 200 and play the other 50 and I lost the 50.
About a week or 2 passes and my withdraw is still sitting there, I'm bored so I cancel it and begin to play with it again. I lose about all of it and with the last 20 dollars I use it on the tournaments. I won the weekly tournament about 660 and a daily one for another 160 or so. All in all I won over 800 dollars that night.
I start playing more Tourneys and texas hold 'em got to over $2k and than start losing, got down to $800 again and decide to withdraw $700 for Christmas shopping and such. 2 days pass and their has been a manager withdrawal. They took all the money I won saying I cant use free chips in tourneys. Yet I played through the playthrough requirements, should I be able to use it as I want to? I wanted to withdraw it at 200 before anything, I could have deposited it right back and still won the tournaments.... Very unfair0.7/ 5

Its now December 28, 2011 I havent received a check, just promises that its on its way.....its acknowledged that the check bounced before it made it to me, but still no answers... i hope that i dont have false hopes... :-/

I have no utility bills, so I can't send you those, and I haven't (and can't afford to have) deposited via credit card. I am (last I checked) who I say I am, and am of legal age (by far) in my area.
