    I have received an email from Mehgan asking me to contact Monika and let her know if I want Money Gram or Western Union, I told her whatever is the least expensive way to send. As for QT being a fast way to get money to me, I get my funds fast with the deposit method which I have used to deposit at CP.  I use this deposit/withdraw method at other places with no problem I appreciate your attention to this matter.   • I received an email this afternoon from Quicktender. It is official. According to QT, it has shut down its services and will not be paying on owed money to players. I emailed QT in response and asked if they had insurance coverage to cover our loss either from Quicktender or its bank/bank affiliate. My bank, who has branches worldwide, thouroughly investigated QT's assertion that its US affiliate had its assets frozen. Our funds never left Europe. My bank sent me an email today staing that the money was never wired to the US. If the DOJ is involved with these funds, it probably has to do with the poker starz and absolute poker, etc being ordered to pay US players owed winnings. In my own opinion, that is where my funds went, to pay other players and thats why QT alleged the DOJ was involved. The issue that I have with QT, is that they knew ahead of time about these problems, even before my money was sent to them by CP, and they took our money anyway. It just was no right of them to do this to anyone, not only just US players.

    Monika from CP emailed me this morning stating that my funds were sent out yesterday and she failed to provide how the funds were sent out or CP tracking info, let alone the method's tracking number.

    what happened to you? Did CP close its doors or did you take my money and run? I havent gotten my funds and casino support says it has no record of my funds being with CP or having been sent anywhere by CP either.

    Amazing though, CP is the only casino that hounds me with emails, almost daily, for deposits, and more recently, calls to my home. Party City, and several others are close behind.

      i am waiting for a check from prism. my withdrawal was approved on april 21. i contacted live support twice in the last two weeks. each time they told me it would be the following week as per their finance team. it only took 3 weeks at the most to get paid before. my user name at prism is hondarex2

  • I am hoping that someone can expedite my latest withdrawal request from Cool Cat.  I have only made three withdrawals in the 2-3 years I have been playing at Cool Cat and the first one took four months.  These two were approved in March of 2011 and I finally received one of them a couple of weeks ago, but I am still getting the "it should be the end of this week, first of next week" line on the other one.  I am trying to use the money for a honeymoon for my son and he leaves July 2.  HELP.  You can PM me or email me.

    I've another question, too.I cannot use coupon no max cash , no pt, and I can understand it.

  • For information: I've been paid tonight from coolcat, (approval on the 18th of May)

    Still didn't have any answer about my question.Been cut off from coupon no pt no max cash out (I think I won 3 times in this Group alwayas depositing much more times).I canunderstand it, getting a 2000 usd from Poc.
