I went back to thisisvegas and tried to redeem the second half the no deposit bonus and I was told the following.

There's no other source than LCB for me. (Except for the occasional google) The answer is yes. I got the $25 but when I went to Live help I was told that this promotion was not valid. they asked me where I heard of it and I told them the LCB forum. then they offered me a deposit bonus. Are you sure you are new player?

The reason for you not getting the bonus could be either if you already have account with them or in  case you are from one of the bonus restricted countries.
