As a part of the project “From the Players for the Players”, our team delegated a tester to visit a US-friendly, RitzSlots Casino. Here are the highlights of our latest investigation.

- Withdrawal of $50 in BTC requested on March 18, 2025; it was declined, so they switched to LTC and submitted a new request on March 28.

Registration
After filling in a simple form the tester officially joined RitzSlots Casino without any hassle.
Players are advised to pay attention to the term which says a player’s account can be closed or locked at any time, and the casino is not obliged to provide a reason or prior explanation for such action.
Deposit
Following a quick sign-up process the tester made a deposit of USD 200/ 0.00242172 BTC. His starting balance was USD 201.93.
Available deposit options include Bitcoin Litecoin, Ethereum, Lightning Bitcoin, and cards. The minimum deposit depends on the method selected, but according to the Terms, Bitcoin sums that are below the value of $12 will not be processed.
Gameplay
Kraken’s Hunger by BGaming was the tester’s first port of call, bringing him a USD 39.92 win. The next in line were Wild Cash, Fruit Super Nova 100, Treasure-snipes Bonus Buy, and Mega Greatest Catch Bonus Buy.
Following these adventures, the tester checked out Reveal the Kraken, Buffalo Goes Wild Hold and Earn and Dragon Balls, after which he returned to Kraken’s Hunger, triggering a win of USD 44.68.
He then played Fire Lightning, Chicken Rush, and Lady Wolf Moon Megaways, and he once again launched Kraken’s Hunger.
His next port of call, and as it turned out a great one was Johnny Cash as it brought him two significant wins, one amounting to USD 56.00 win, and another, even bigger one of USD 98.60.
After exploring Kraken’s Hunger and Johnny Cash once again, the tester played Lucky Dama Muerta. Mice & Magic Wonder Spin, the next slot he checked out, brought him a notable $99.95 win.
Monster Hunt, Platinum Lightning, and Wild Moon Thieves were next ones in line, followed by Mice & Magic Wonder Spin, which was once again, marked with multiple wins, the biggest one of which amounted to $103.00.
Withdrawal, KYC & Customer Support
Reaching the minimum withdrawable sum the tester decided to make a cashout request of $50 via Bitcoin. Based on the information in the cashier, the minimum for withdrawal is $20, and the maximum permitted to cash out is $10.000. No processing fee is charged.
A confirmation mail that the request was received arrived, but with an unusual request. The tester was advised to switch to Litecoin instead of Bitcoin, because, as the mail noted, delays may be expected when processing smaller Bitcoin amounts. The reason for that, as stated, is network congestion.
Not wanting to switch to another cryptocurrency, the tester decided to verify his identity by sending documents via mail. He provided an image of his passport, a selfie with the ID, utility bill, and a screenshot of his deposit.
On March 23, 2025, an e-mail arrived to inform the tester that his cashout request was rejected, without any explanation for the reason. On the very same day, and the next three as well, he inquired about the reason for the denied withdrawal but received no response.
After inquiring once again on March 27, 2025, the tester finally got the response that the request was rejected due to no action being taken in the meantime.
He was once again asked to switch to Litecoin, which he didn’t want to. A day later, he was informed that the casino could not process a Bitcoin withdrawal request for the specified amount, adding that the amount would be removed from his account once again.
The tester sought clarification on this, but the casino failed to provide it. Instead, the support requested the tester to proceed with the withdrawal request, promising to process it rapidly.
Realizing that there was no point in insisting further, the tester made a withdrawal request of $50 via Litecoin on March 28, 2025. As promised, the casino processed it instantly and the tester received $49.87 on the same day.
As far as indicated in the Terms, if a mandatory wagering of a time the deposit amount is not met, a fee will be charged on a cashout.
A player can withdraw a maximum of $10,000 per day and $40,000 per week.
Only one instant payout per day is permitted, but there has to be at least a 24-hour difference between 2 requests.
ID verification is not required unless a player wishes to withdraw winnings from a no deposit bonus, in which case a verification deposit of $10 is needed as well.
A verification deposit is needed when cashing out winnings from a new sign-up bonus.
Conclusion
Why the tester couldn’t request a Bitcoin withdrawal when the sum was in line with what’s determined by RitzSlots Casino remains a mystery. Luckily, the Litecoin transaction was, as promised, processed rapidly.
Customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful, making overall impressions even more negative. Yes, the tester did withdraw in the end, but his journey was nowhere near smooth.

Après avoir posé une nouvelle question le 27 mars 2025, le testeur a finalement reçu la réponse selon laquelle la demande avait été rejetée car aucune mesure n'avait été prise entre-temps.
On lui a de nouveau demandé de passer au Litecoin, ce qu'il a refusé. Le lendemain, il a été informé que le casino ne pouvait pas traiter sa demande de retrait en Bitcoins pour le montant spécifié, ajoutant que le montant serait à nouveau retiré de son compte.
Le testeur a demandé des éclaircissements à ce sujet, mais le casino n'a pas réussi à les lui fournir. Le service client lui a alors demandé de procéder à sa demande de retrait, promettant de la traiter rapidement.
Réalisant qu'il était inutile d'insister davantage, le testeur a fait une demande de retrait de 50 $ via Litecoin le 28 mars 2025. Comme promis, le casino l'a traité instantanément et le testeur a reçu 49,87 $ le même jour.
Comme indiqué dans les Conditions, si une mise obligatoire d'un montant de dépôt n'est pas respectée, des frais seront facturés sur un retrait.
Un joueur peut retirer un maximum de 10 000 $ par jour et 40 000 $ par semaine.

Conclusion
La raison pour laquelle le testeur n'a pas pu demander un retrait en Bitcoins alors que le montant correspondait à celui déterminé par le casino RitzSlots reste un mystère. Heureusement, la transaction en Litecoins a été traitée rapidement, comme promis.
Le support client était inactif et peu serviable, ce qui a aggravé l'impression générale. Certes, le testeur a finalement abandonné, mais son parcours n'a pas été des plus agréables.
