Last Sunday i made $85 deposit and received welcome bonus. Then i sent email asking customer support to remove the given bonus.I managed to win $45 playing BJ surrender and then decided to withdraw $130. 3 days later i received email from king solomons customer support saying i need to comply with promotional terms and conditions , meaning i have to fulfill the wagering requirements. The exact same thing happened to me when i played over windows casino( they are both playtech casinos) >:(. So once again i had to explain that no bonus means no wagering requirements,meaning promotional T&C do not apply to me...
Windows casino have validated my claims, i only hope King Solomons will do the same.
