I got my microgaming accounts another way...I registered with all my information, except I used a different country of origin (United Kingdom, American Samoan). I sent an email to support with my verification documents asking if someone could change my country of origin to usa...all other information was correct and verified...I got a email in a few days with login information...
It didn't work with all of the, but it worked with some of them...

J'ai obtenu mes comptes Microgaming d'une autre manière... Je me suis inscrit avec toutes mes informations, sauf que j'ai utilisé un autre pays d'origine (Royaume-Uni, Samoan américain). J'ai envoyé un e-mail au support avec mes documents de vérification demandant si quelqu'un pouvait changer mon pays d'origine en États-Unis... toutes les autres informations étaient correctes et vérifiées... J'ai reçu un e-mail quelques jours plus tard avec les informations de connexion...
Cela n'a pas fonctionné avec tous, mais cela a fonctionné avec certains d'entre eux...
