The following are the terms and conditions of the "$8 Free Promotion" (the "Promotion").
1. Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion and may receive only one Bonus, as such term is defined below. Moreover, only one person per household or per computer terminal shall be allowed to enter the Promotion. In the event that the Promoter deems in its absolute discretion that an entrant has violated these terms and conditions in any way, including without limitation by multiple registrations for the Promotion, or has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore become ineligible to win the Bonus.
2. The Promotion shall commence on October 4th, 2010 and shall end on October 18th, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
3. In order to enter the Promotion and receive the Bonus, an entrant must download the Promoter's poker client and open a new user account with the Promoter at www.888poker.com via any of the Promoter's main websites and landing pages. The entrant will then receive an e-mail from the Promoter asking him/her to verify his/ her e-mail address by clicking on a link within the e-mail body as a prerequisite for the Bonus to appear in the entrant's bankroll.
4. Upon registration with the Promoter during the Promotion Period, and verification of their e-mail address, entrants shall be entitled to an extra free $8 bonus (the "Bonus") in addition to the standard registration bonus which the Promoter regularly provides to its new members.UK members will be entitled to an $8 USD bonus (based on their registration country & IP address).
5. The Bonus money can be cashed out only after an amount totaling forty (40) times the Bonus amount has been wagered by an entrant. The Bonus cannot be transferred to another poker player account before making a deposit (money transfer limits will be set at a minimum of $15 for the Promotion Period).
6. The Bonus shall only be available for 30 days and entrants who have not claimed their Bonus within the foregoing time limit shall not be able to receive the expired Bonus thereafter.
7. Any unused Bonus shall be removed by the Promoter 30 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
8. Only Persons located in following countries are eligible to enter the Promotion / win the Bonus: United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Belgium, Ireland, Greece, Netherlands, South Africa, India, Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland. The Promoter will not in any event pay the Bonus to any person who participates in the Promotion from outside the foregoing territories, even if he or she enters the Promotion in spite of this provision. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will enable entries to the Promotion from time to time in its sole discretion.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Bonus and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
10. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England.

3. Afin de participer à la promotion et de recevoir le bonus, un participant doit télécharger le client poker du promoteur et ouvrir un nouveau compte utilisateur auprès du promoteur sur www.888poker.com via l'un des principaux sites Web et pages de destination du promoteur. Le participant recevra ensuite un e-mail de l'Organisateur lui demandant de vérifier son adresse e-mail en cliquant sur un lien dans le corps de l'e-mail comme condition préalable pour que le Bonus apparaisse dans la bankroll du participant.
4. En outre, l'Organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier de temps à autre, à sa seule discrétion, la liste des pays à partir desquels il autorisera les participations à la Promotion.
