I was just playing a cheapy sitngo at Bet365 Poker and the game paused. The next thing, the table closed. Fortunately, i had the table lobby open which gave me the tourney number and I headed over to live chat to find out what was wrong and what would happen to my buyin.
They have technical issues apparently and will pay out (if the error was at their end) by chip count. Fortunately for me, I knocked someone out on the 2nd hand.
I've taken a screenshot just in case.
Anyone else been a "victim" of their technical problems?
Je jouais juste à un sitngo bon marché sur Bet365 Poker et le jeu s'est arrêté. Ensuite, la table s'est fermée. Heureusement, le lobby de la table était ouvert, ce qui m'a donné le numéro du tournoi et je me suis dirigé vers le chat en direct pour découvrir ce qui n'allait pas et ce qui arriverait à mon buy-in.
Ils ont apparemment des problèmes techniques et paieront (si l'erreur est de leur côté) en fonction du nombre de jetons. Heureusement pour moi, j'ai mis quelqu'un KO à la 2ème main.
J'ai pris une capture d'écran au cas où.
Quelqu'un d'autre a-t-il été « victime » de ses problèmes techniques ?
