This casino sent an email to me offering a chip for 25 dollars. I don't care for this one but I figured I'd go ahead and play the chip since I've deposited here a couple of times. I go to live chat and redeem the chip.
I follow all the rules for the chip I completed my wagering requirement for the chip.
I e already done my KYC verification and have had 1 previous successful withdraw.
My withdraw was denied for "lack of information/missing information. My withdraw was removed as well as my balance.
I go to live chat to ask what happened. After 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting ( the chat gets title was a manager CRM .
The live chat spent 45 minutes just to tell me I redeemed the chip already!!! I didn't ask anything about redeeming the chip. I reminded him that he was reaching out to the payment dept to see where my withdraw went. Another 30 minutes goes by and he comes back saying I have multiple accounts.
I do not have multiple accounts!!! I can barely stand to play here as it is. That is complete BS. He told me the user name but ignored the request for an email adddess associated with that account... I don't know what they think they are doing but they are flat out lying to avoid a 50 dollars payout!!!! This place is a scam and thieves!!

and get this... they have since then sent me another email for 75 free spins after they accused me of having multiple accounts!!!! They are so full of shit!
