Hello team, I am writing to make a complaint about ezz.casino I am waiting for for a withdraw already 3 weeks. I try multiple times a withdraw, they paid me before 3 times. Now when I make the withdraw this time it comes up a day later, Rejected reason missing phone verification. When i try to do the phone registration, i am not receiving the SMS with conformation code. I am unable to connect with a human live support and i email them 3 times with 0 responses. I am only getting this reply from the Livechat see below AI Support Your recent withdrawals were rejected due to "Verify Phone number" (despite full KYC completion) and previously Level 3 verification. Phone SMS verification is unavailable in many countries, which seems to be causing the issue. I've notified the support team—they'll contact you to resolve this.
