Created an account at Mr.bet on March 4,while registering just as I pressed the continue button I noticed I had spelled my email incorrectly, I immediately contacted support and was told it was not a big deal and tech would have it changed for me and I could deposit anyway. So I deposited and while still in bonus play I was up to $590 approximately. At time of registration I validated my phone #, and on March 5 I emailed in all my documents including gov issued photo ID, utility bill, bank statement, proof of deposit, and eveny health #. I was told on the 5th by support manager that I it would up to 2 days to regain access to my account. Well it's the 11th today, making it 8 days now, which to me is a little to long to make a depositing player wait for a what I think is a simple fix on their end. Not sure exactly my username but I registered with this incorrect email >email address removed by moderator Sydney due to privacy reasons< icous.com, when in fact it should have been @icloud.com. Not exactly sure how long they allow playthrough on the bonuses but I am starting to feel that is why the delay in giving me access. However I do have emails which I have attached to prove my bonus would be intact upon regaining access. I also have the email of my documents sent and photos of my balance and record of receipt from Mr.bet. some of the emails I sent were from my dad's email.
