Approx funds frozen - 3000$ I was using rainbet regularly at the time (2024) and had taken several withdrawals as well. Had the KYC done too (as far as I can remember, it's been a while! ). One day out of nowhere they just blocked the account and I attempted to contact them through chat and email multiple times, the only response i received was to contact their manager via email which I did several times over the course of two years. The manager never responded, I understand these things take time but two years is a lot and I'm hoping somebody from rainbet can help me out here.

Environ 3 000 $ de fonds bloqués. J'utilisais Rainbet régulièrement à l'époque (2024) et j'avais effectué plusieurs retraits. J'avais également effectué la vérification d'identité (KYC) (si je me souviens bien, cela remonte à un certain temps !). Un jour, sans prévenir, mon compte a été bloqué. J'ai tenté de les contacter à plusieurs reprises par chat et par e-mail, mais la seule réponse que j'ai reçue était de contacter leur responsable par e-mail, ce que j'ai fait à plusieurs reprises pendant deux ans. Le responsable n'a jamais répondu. Je comprends que ces démarches prennent du temps, mais deux ans, c'est long, et j'espère que quelqu'un chez Rainbet pourra m'aider.
