A week ago I had played at Scrooge casino and won $100 that I was able to withdraw rather quickly. Two nights ago I deposited $25 and played for awhile then ran my balance up to $5000. It was Saturday night and they don't process wins on the weekend. I waited until Monday morning to be paid out and instead I was emailed that my payment was denied. The reason was cause they wanted more verification from me which they really didn't need due to the fact they had paid out to my PayPal a week prior and that should have been sufficient since it was good the first time. It is my belief that they were trying to delay my payment by requesting additional information that was not needed. I sent a demand letter to them for my payment and they responded in closing my account due to me being hostile which they claim is in there policy. I was not hostile with my demand letter and I never agreed to give up my 1st amendment right to challenge their decision by sending a demand letter. I messaged again repeating the steps I would take because I in good faith purchased credits from them and won and they refuse to honor that contract they entered into with me as they took my money as them agreeing that if I won they would pay me within 24 hours as their advertisement states. Now I'm left no resource to obtain my rightfully won prize and they are in breach of the consumer contract they knowing enter when they accepted my money.
