ich habe bei VELOBET (Online Casino) eine hohe summe gewonnen so ca 15.000 euro, habe mich sehr gefreut und danach haben die mir einfach den Gewinn von meinem Spielerkonto weg genommen mit der Begründung irgendwas mit Bonus Bedingungen was totaler schwachsinn ist... nachdem ich mich bei denen beschwert habe haben sie darauf hin einfach mein account gesperrt und ich kann mich da nicht mehr einloggen. und nun will ich einfach mein gewonnes Geld was mir zusteht ?

J'étais ravi, mais ils ont tout simplement retiré mes gains de mon compte joueur, prétextant des conditions de bonus totalement infondées. Après ma réclamation, ils ont bloqué mon compte et je ne peux plus me connecter. Je veux simplement récupérer l'argent qui m'est dû.

I was very happy, but then they simply took the winnings from my player account, claiming something about bonus conditions, which is complete nonsense. After I complained, they blocked my account, and I can no longer log in. Now I simply want the money I'm entitled to.
