Hi! I'm preparing a full document to show everything but beware of Zula Casino. I signed up to their site using Google, and they never asked for my name or other information (it just immediately signs you up). Now that I'm attempting to KYC, they're saying I violated their ToS because my personal ID doesn't match the alias of my email and that's a clear violation of their site rules. Nowhere do they say they take your name off your email address, and they won't ever let you input your name on their site and refuse to let you update the name they have on record. Along with this, their site doesn't even show the name they claim is yours until you're trying to withdraw so you won't ever know that there is a problem with it until trying to KYC, after which they pull this excuse of "the alias of your email doesn't match your real name so you're in violation. Submit documents showing the same alias as your legal name or we can't do anything." To clarify again, the site does NOT ask for your name or allow you to see or input your name. They also don't tell you any of that until you're trying to KYC. It's a tricky move to scam people that use Google and don't have their exact same name on Google as they do in real-life.
