North Toronto wrote:Dear BettyWins Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a recent promotional offer I participated in and how it was handled on your platform.
On June 30th 2025, I received an email from BettyWins.com promoting a 100% match bonus with no wagering requirements. Based on the promotion, I deposited $113, expecting to receive a bonus that could be played and withdrawn without unfair restrictions. Upon deposit, I noticed that my account was credited with $113 real balance and $113 bonus balance.
I proceeded to play various slot games, and I carefully reviewed the bonus terms and conditions on your website, which stated that the bonus was subject only to a 1x playthrough — a very reasonable and appealing condition. However, after playing and reaching the 1x playthrough, I was shocked to see that my bonus balance was completely removed, with a message saying the playthrough was completed.
This is extremely confusing and frustrating. I was enticed by a promotion that suggested I could receive real value through a no-wagering bonus, yet the moment I fulfilled the stated requirement, the bonus was taken away rather than converted or credited to my real balance. This practice feels misleading and unfair, especially as there was no clear prior notice that the bonus would be removed upon completion of the playthrough rather than rewarded.
As a paying customer, I believe I was misled by the presentation of the bonus. I would appreciate:
1. A clear and detailed explanation of why the bonus balance was removed.
2. A review of my account and gameplay activity surrounding the bonus usage.
3. A gesture of goodwill, such as a refund of the $113 bonus or compensation, to restore my trust in your platform.
I kindly ask that you review this matter and respond within 7 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, I may consider escalating this to the licensing authority and third-party mediation services.
I look forward to your response and hope this can be resolved amicably.
Sincerely,
Mark Hillyard
