    mine said the same thing...i talked to chat and they said it was because i excluded myself from promotions...i told them i never even talked to chat before to exclude myself...so omar the chat operator fixed it for me and now i am promotion eligable...

    so just go to chat they will fix it..

    i have opened up BetPhoenix Casino and i have uninstalled then downloaded it again 2xs but the casino just stays there with the login for which i cannot type in my login nor password can anyone help  kiss

    while at this site yesterday, I saw the exclusive $100 ND for BetPhoenix Casino and I downloaded and registered from here and my request was denied for BET100 AND i WAS GIVEN  $50 WITH BET50 i WAS NOT given a reason but I would be willing to bet that if I go complain about it at customer service and ask for the 100 they will tell me that I already claimed the 50 so I'm not entitled anymore... and yes I have been through this issue with other casinos with different circumstances but the same issue. they give you less than promised and sometimes they will cancel a sign up bonus but leave the add out there and you dint find out until you go through the trouble of downloading and registering. And this I swear, you cant goad them into giving it to you even with the threat of never using there casino.they must be really pulling in the bucks to have an I DONT GIVE A DAMN ATTITUDE embarrassed
