Can you confirm Nick that the sign up bonus for 1000% is a CASHABLE and not sticky/play bonus. The only reason I ask is because most of the bonuses on jackpots heavens website are STICKIES.

Ouch!  Well that was quick.  Busted from my starting balance of 1100 down to 0 while achieving only $4609 out of my required $66000 playthrough.

Some notes about my experience:
- customer serviced confirmed it is a withdrawable bonus (as did the CS rep here)
- I was somewhat confused by what cs was telling me, but it from what I understood, you can't combine your slots and table game playthrough - it tally's up either one or the other.
- I started playing slots, and once I found this out switched to blackjack.  My balance upon leaving slots was 1000 Euro, and then when I left I couldn't connect to any other game, and my balance was (inexplicably) back up to 1033.  Contacted CS about it, but found that this betting history was erased (man I would have been pissed if I had won big during that)
- Then I went on to single hand blackjack (13 wins out of 31 hands played)
- Then went on to multihand blackjack to try to get my balance back up with 3x$50 bets (won 19 out of 95 hands played) at which point I had $138 remaining, which was frittered away pretty quickly.  Before drawing conclusions on how crappy I did with respect to the wagering requirements, note that I was betting pretty big.
- Note: I had 2 hands where I hit when I shouldn't have.  I use a touchpad which is very sensitive, sometimes causing it to send out a click when it shouldn't.  In one case, I hit on 19 (dealer had 20 so it didn't matter), in another I hit on 20 (that one hurt, because I would have won).  This is the first software I have ever played where it doesn't ask you "Are you sure you want to hit on 20?" before allowing you to do so.

To sum up:
- this is one of the worst runs of blackjack I have ever had, but is not a large enough sample size to make conclusions about this software.  And yes, I know how to play BJ well enough to be very close to an even money type of player.  The combination of such a horrible run + new software and crazy bonuses does make me somewhat skepticle though.
- The software needs a little work, I think... but is nice and fast at least.
- Assuming I just had some bad luck, this is one of the best bonuses I've ever seen.

here is my report:
I wanted to check out this site first so I deposited only 25 euros. I had asked the live support if I could claim the LCB 1000% bonus and they said yes I can do so but I must deposit first. So when I had deposited I asked them to give to me this bonus but they said: no, the smallest amount for this bonus is 30 euros.  >:( hmmm, I wished I had known that before. The live support then told me I could deposit 5 euros and then I would get the bonus for 30 euros. So I tried to do so but it said that the smallest amount for a deposit is 25 euros. So I had to deposit 25 euros one more time.  :(
Then the live support gave the 1000% bonus to me and I played blackjack with 550 credits.
to make it short: I lost my credits very quickly though I made rather small bets - mostly only 5 or 10 credits. my results felt very odd. the dealer was extremely lucky. he hardly ever busted. my results were very unlikely. therefore I doubt that the software is random and I cannot recommend that site.  >:(
oh and btw of course I know how to play blackjack and yes I know that it might have been just bad luck. therefore I dont say that the software is rigged but if it were only bad luck then it was an extreme streak of bad luck and another player posted that he had similar bad results. so maybe something is wrong with this site. but only those who run the site know that exactly.

As for your blackjack experience, I can't say anything but as I always recommend to my friends as well as to our casino players, do not increase your bet amount when you win. Let's say, you always played with €10 bets right? Don't go progressively €10-€20 and then €50 which is what I can see... Anyway, everyone has its own way to play! The best I can do is to share with you my personal experience when I play blackjack!

It's impossible to partially or totally lose your history:
Click on: CASHIER > PLAY HISTORY > SELECT GAME and choose the dates.

You will see the amount you have bet per session and the total amount Win in €.

After carefully reviewing your and other accounts I found the following:

slotmania and games4ever are nothing but a SHILLS for your operation.

They/you created the account on the very same day, they also have almost the same email address.

Their IP address is in the same range. They both have same number of posts, same writing style, same crappy posts, except for the posts in this topic.

What struck me the most is that you also have same IP address as games4ever , and I mean EXACTLY the same IP. He also have used few other IPs and one of them is in the same range as slotmania's.

What is also unacceptable is for you to PM our members and ask them to remove their comments!!! Whats up with that?

This is an open forum and you are all free to post your experience , good or bad.

While Casino Riva is not affiliated with Jackpots Heaven, support staff from the latter initially claimed to be related with Riva but later recanted.

While the site made claims to be licensed in Costa Rica by LGA, in truth Costa Rica does not have a licensing authority, and LGA refers to the Lotto and Gaming Authority of Malta. A RNG certification was also claimed by Jackpots Heaven, but the company has not posted the certificate. The servers have an address registered in the UK, but the site claimed its servers were in Costa Rica.
