    Doesn't work for me.  Downloaded twice and it just pauses.

    I don't know what the problem could be but go to the website and click on "service" and click on the live chat link. The support agent can probably help troubleshoot the problems. They are very friendly and know more about these little things than I do.

    They told me to reboot, which I did, but same results.  Everything comes up, but cannot login.

    I've just contacted Live Help but I don't get the bonus because I am from the Netherlands. I know that we dont get a welcome bonus exclamation but as I read the message from Zuga , I conclude that it is not a welcome bonus but an exclusive LCB bonus. That is not the same is it?
