..but its like a race to be the first poster of the answer instead of a real tough puzzle that takes time and patience to solve

...Maybe its time to up the ante? 

And see who REALLY wants it.

update: You could always make it easier once everyone had a chance to sign in and start taking part. But its easy to miss out if you are offline when the puzzle gets posted.

It was not a race to the puzzle , it was up all day yesterday and I think no one knew it...lol.. I looked at it about 50 times  and could not get it.. there hard for some of us. I just took a stab in the dark... what do you mean by skill , that sounds even harder,,lol

However, I would like to add my opinion that these puzzles DO NOT need to be more of a challenge. Also, I appreciate the time and effort that is put in to putting together these contests that are offered to us for free.

Maybe, Lips could give you two a call, just before she puts out the next clue.....
Is there anything else they could do for you.....

I would hate it if Lips or Zuga decided not to have anymore of these wonderful, free, prize giveaway contests because of a few ungrateful whiners.
In the end here, I think that "Lips" said it best back in August, when she dealt with another whiner;

There is always something for which to be thankful

These contests that LCB are giving us, are meant, first and foremost, for LCB members to have fun, the prizes are reward for having fun.  These contests are not meant to show who is the best, but to have a healthy interaction and friendly competition among members..
Not only the winners are having fun, but also the members that participate in this contest, so if you don't have that "fun". it's easy , don't participate.
