    To those of you who are confused as to our website address....Let me explain smiley

    Lucky18 Casino relaunched under new managment in 2011. In the time it was offline the original domain www.lucky18casino.com was obtained by an affiliate working with RichCasino.

    The affiliate stole our branding, took a screenshot of our homepage and used that for the website but with RichCasino download links.

    Since relaunching last year our domain has been www.onlinelucky18.com

    The Lucky18 senior management are currently in the process of retrieving the old domain. However in the meantime all I can do is warn you of this imposter and that it is not anyone associated with Lucky18 Casino

    Hope this has cleared up any confusion

  • Hi, Jake.  I've tried repeatedly to find out why I can't get my winnings from Lucky 18; It's been over 2 months now and while the customer service reps are nice, they obviously have been told to just keep saying that "the check will come".  I'm beginning to doubt it.  I've written and last week did receive a reply (at last) from customer support saying they were "looking into the delay", plus I filed a dispute, and Central Disputes System (whatever that is) did respond stating that the operator (Lucky18) had responded, saying they would send a check within 48 hours (which would have been Monday, the 11th.  To date, nothing.  I have even asked the customer support reps to just tell me if I am not going to get a check so I can quit contacting them....but they keep saying I will be paid.  I did contact the Minister of Economics in Costa Rica but they responded saying it was a "Justice Department" matter.    Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

  • Hi, Jake and Melcb.  We were away for a few days and I'm just now checking back in.  Thanks for your responses.  Oddly enough, this morning I had an email from Lucky18, someone named "Ian", who said a check was on the way to me for that withdrawal.  I am happy about that, but if anyone in here knows, since as we all know US players are being punished for trying to play online, will I encounter any problems in cashing or depositing any checks from out-of-country casinos?  Last one I played with, which was terrific, (Silver Dollar)
    closed down last year after the US cracked down more fiercely, especially on the poker sites.  Makes me want to move to Canada, I swear. 

    Jake, I sent you a PM with a question or two, if you don't mind....

    I have checked your account and can confirm that your check tracking details were received emailed which enables you to track the delivery to your door.
    We send paper checks issues in USA which are safe for USA players to deposit into their bank account or to cash.
