  • well finally after messing with this casino site off and on all day I contacted Live support for the fourth time and they created an account for me. The site would download but My account button did not work. Everything is fine now. I too am registered for the BJ tournament, starting tomorrow. I just hope I 'm not to late for the $25.00 registration bonus after all this today.

  • I wish I had saved the live chat transcript but what they told me was that if I had been one of the first 500 people I would have already received $25 in my account (I didn't have $25 in my account).  So I replied...if I had $25 in my account I wouldn't have contact live support to inquire about the $25 (duh!).  To which she said it would be in my account within 48hours and the next comment she made was "if you were one of the first 500". I said I was confused by that...and asked her if she meant "if I wasn't one of the first 500 and it wasn't already in my account...that it would be in there within 48 hours" and she took a long time to reply...saying "yes it will be in there by then."  I can't even find the details discussing the first 500 on their website.  I'm not sure anyone there really knows what is going on. 

    In the past 30 days I've signed up at 3 new casinos that were nothing  but problems and ended up not getting any of their advertised signup no deposit bonuses...Slots Galore, Tropica (Rival) and Deandra (something like that - another Rival) for reasons I still don't understand.  I hope this isn't a trend.  Oh well..chin up and keep the faith.

    "Our free $25 chip was offered to the first 500 registered accounts, which was reached at 10:00pm ET on October 15th. If your account was registered prior to that, then you will be receiving your free $25 chip within 48 hours. The chip has a $40X wagering requirement and a max payout value of $100."

  • Well if you all have seen what I have gone threw and read prior experience with VEGAS Tec. based casinos ( aka Golden, GOCasino ) this doesn't surprise me one bit.

    But all I know and I see others in the forum were entered into the BJ tournament ID#10015 yesterday after they signed up as a reg account and wake up today and guess what surprise surprise we are not.

  • thanks for a good post bewbush, after reading your advice about how to download, i was able to download  and then waited about 24 hours and the $25 was credited to my account!I think the download problem was with internet explorer not the casino because as soon as i added it to safe sites, no problem lost the free money pretty quick but hey,free chips are hard to come by these days!

    I talked to Stephanie in livechat and got the email security@slotsgalore.com for where to send in my required documents (Drivers...Utility or Bank Statement, Credit Card used and authorization form) since it was a NDB she said I didn't need a Authorization form or Credit Card info but I sent the CC info anyway! To get the Auth form you have to talk to livechat and they have to request it for you and send it to your email huh Anyway, I have sent in all required of me, now let's see how long it takes them ::)
