I searched for half an hour and couldn't find the live help. J'ai cherché pendant une demi-heure et je n'ai pas trouvé d'aide en direct. En fin de compte, j'ai répondu à l'e-mail d'origine me demandant de vérifier mon adresse e-mail en leur demandant où se trouve l'aide en direct et s'ils pouvaient créditer directement la puce gratuite. Je leur ai donné le code et copié mon numéro de compte dans l'e-mail qu'ils ont envoyé (et j'ai mentionné que le numéro était comme ci-dessous dans le corps principal de leur message).
Une réponse très rapide a été reçue et ils ont crédité le jeton gratuit.

Je viens de me connecter et le coin supérieur gauche se trouve une photo d'une personne avec un casque - cliquez dessus et elle vous aidera. Je suppose que cela disparaît lorsqu'ils sont hors ligne.
