tried the no deposit bonus of of a cd they send me in the snail mail. Ran through the playthrough, and had around 250 which they deducted everything except the 50 dollars. talked to support, they said i could cash out, so i filled out the required forms and copied my DL as well as a cell phone bill with my address. they approved the cashout on may 18th. still no check, and when i talk to CS today, phillip tells me i cant cash out, i didnt meet the terms. i dont understand the point of whore these bonuses, its obvious they dont pay out even if you beat them, and play through 2000 dollars on 50 dollars worth of chips. Let me see the rep from lucky 18 respond to this one. freshj is my username.

j'ai essayé le bonus sans dépôt d'un CD qu'ils m'ont envoyé par courrier postal. J'ai parcouru le playthrough et j'en ai eu environ 250 dont ils ont tout déduit sauf les 50 dollars. J'ai parlé au support, ils m'ont dit que je pouvais encaisser, alors j'ai rempli les formulaires requis et copié mon DL ainsi qu'une facture de téléphone portable avec mon adresse. ils ont approuvé le retrait le 18 mai. toujours pas de chèque, et quand je parle à CS aujourd'hui, Phillip me dit que je ne peux pas encaisser, je n'ai pas respecté les conditions. Je ne comprends pas l' whore de ces bonus, il est évident qu'ils ne paient pas même si vous les battez et que vous jouez jusqu'à 2000 dollars sur 50 dollars de jetons.
