They were but now switched to Top game just like a few other previous Rival casinos like Box 24.

Ils étaient maintenant passés au jeu Top, tout comme quelques autres casinos Rival précédents comme Box 24.

Box 24, Black Diamond and Spartan Slots are all the same group and have switched to TopGame Software. In fact Black Diamond started out as Top Game and then switched to Rival now back to TopGame....And most people are having trouble logging in with the new password.
It took 5 passwords to finally log into Box 24 and so far we have tried more than that for Black Diamond with no luck :-(Box 24, Black Diamond et Spartan Slots forment tous le même groupe et sont passés à TopGame Software. En fait, Black Diamond a commencé comme Top Game, puis est passé à Rival et est maintenant revenu à TopGame... Et la plupart des gens ont du mal à se connecter avec le nouveau mot de passe.
Il a fallu 5 mots de passe pour finalement se connecter à Box 24 et jusqu'à présent, nous en avons essayé plus pour Black Diamond sans succès :-(2.9/ 5

I created a new account at both black diamond and box 24 using the same email address and same personal information.
J'ai créé un nouveau compte chez Black Diamond et Box 24 en utilisant la même adresse e-mail et les mêmes informations personnelles.

I heard you're supposed to wait for an email from them, if you already have/had accounts with them, when they were "Rival" because then you will have duplicate accounts and when they figure that out, they won't pay you and/or close your accounts all together.

J'ai entendu dire que vous étiez censé attendre un e-mail de leur part, si vous aviez déjà/aviez des comptes chez eux, lorsqu'ils étaient "Rival", car alors vous aurez des comptes en double et quand ils comprendront cela, ils ne vous paieront pas. et/ou clôturez tous vos comptes.2.9/ 5

Oui c'est ce que j'ai entendu aussi Barbie ! De toute façon, mon ancien mot de passe ne fonctionnera pas et lorsque j'essaie de créer un nouveau compte, il apparaît que cet e-mail est déjà dans notre système. Il me faudra donc attendre qu'ils comprennent...
