I have a veriffiead account on Candy casino site. On 04/08/2026 I claimed a withdraw of 1460 usd. It been approved only for 1020 usd under the reason of bonus used with max cashout 1020 usd. It was not correct because I had reached 1000 usd several days ago and after that I used a few different bonuses, also made a deposits for over 400 usd after. With the last deposit on 03/08 I won 460 usd.
Since approving on 04/08/2026 of the withdraw for 1020 usd I never received the ammount on my bank card. I tried for more than a week to receive any information from the support unit, every day.But I did not get information nor for the reason I did not receive the money, neither for the details of bank transaction in order to check with my bank. I faced bad treatment and neglect. I had no answer from support unit.

Je n'ai reçu aucune information, ni sur les raisons du non-versement des fonds, ni sur les détails de la transaction bancaire pour vérifier auprès de ma banque. J'ai été victime de mauvais traitements et de négligence. Le service client est resté injoignable.
