I submitted a withdrawal on 9-28-2025 for $629.00 and this withdrawal was confirmed the same day. I have contacted support 4 times and each support staff has said, they have sent the payment request on my behalf to the payment team or did promise they will make sure my withdrawal will be processed in a couple of hours. This is my second complaint of me waiting to receive my withdrawal within 24 hours, which I finally received after 16 days of me chatting with support, over 15 times and had sent 3 emails. Elegant Spins casino has proven to me, that withdrawals are processed within hours, because my last my last withdrawal 9-25-2025 of $50, was processed within 2 hours. This is very frustrating and exhausting, when you have to repeat yourself over and over again to a different person, when you are just trying to receive your winnings. It seems that there is no communication between the payment team and chat support, when they have expedited my withdrawal and sent the payment team messages to process my withdrawal, with no outcome of this happening. When I asked to speak with a manager, no one is available to speak with, So, I have no choice but to file another complaint and hoping, the Elegant casino will encourage there payment team to process there players winnings in a timely manner.
