I was playing on a match bonus. There is a cash only progressive slot that while you have only bonus money, you are not able to play. I played through the 60X deposit amount and the bonus money was converted to cash. I was then able to play the slot and won the progressive of $276,262.26. The T&C states this: All match deposit bonus offers will carry a playthrough requirement of 60X before a player can make a withdrawal. (This was satisfied. Which is why my balance was converted to cash.) All deposit match bonuses carry a 60X playthrough and have a maximum withdrawable limit of 10X your deposit, subject to your maximum weekly limits, up to and not exceeding $10,000. (I believe that when the 60X playthrough was reached, only 10X the initial deposit should have been converted to cash and the rest of the balance should have been cleared.) Since the balance was not cleared, I had a 6K balance and was able to play the "Cash only" progressive game. Was that my cash or the casinos cash? It could be eithers. When I asked whether the progressive would just go back since it would not be paid out, Juicy Vegas support said that the slot is owned by a third party entity and that the JV rep did not know how that all works. Juicy Vegas offered $3000, I asked for 10K, they countered with 5K (which is less than 2% of the progressive.) I then said after consulting with council, that I believe that 35% would be a fair settlement. That was refused and the $5K offer was taken off the table. I would have agreed to the 5K if someone at JV could tell me what happens to the other 98% of the progressive. No one that I spoke to would answer the question.
