SlotNeo — Approximately 36,000 USDT Withheld

I am posting this thread to document my ongoing dispute with SlotNeo, involving approximately 36,000 USDT that remain withheld from my account.
I opened my SlotNeo account in May 2026 and deposited approximately 27,032 USDT in USDT (ERC-20) from my fully verified MEXC account. During my play, my balance reached approximately 36,000 USDT.
I previously completed withdrawals totaling 2,500 USDT. Shortly afterwards, SlotNeo closed my account, stating that it had concerns regarding my account and AML status.
I fully cooperated with the verification process and voluntarily provided extensive KYC/AML and Source of Funds documentation, including Revolut statements, MEXC transaction records, employment income documentation, tax information and other evidence supporting the legitimate source of my funds.
Despite this, SlotNeo did not release the remaining funds.
SlotNeo subsequently offered me approximately 6,259 USDT as a settlement. I did not accept this offer, as I believe I am entitled to the funds legitimately held in my account.
The dispute was also investigated by another site for approximately five months.
After initially closing the complaint, they later reopened and reassessed my case.
Following that reassessment, supported my position and contacted SlotNeo, asking the casino to reconsider the case and pay my funds/winnings.
This is an important part of the case because they independently reviewed the circumstances and evidence before reaching its position.

Je publie ce sujet pour documenter mon litige en cours avec SlotNeo , concernant environ 36 000 USDT qui restent bloqués sur mon compte.
J'ai ouvert mon compte SlotNeo en mai 2026 et j'y ai déposé environ 27 032 USDT (ERC-20) depuis mon compte MEXC entièrement vérifié. Au cours de mes parties, mon solde a atteint environ 36 000 USDT .
J'avais effectué des retraits pour un montant total de 2 500 USDT . Peu après, SlotNeo a clôturé mon compte, indiquant avoir des doutes concernant mon compte et son statut en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent.
J'ai pleinement coopéré au processus de vérification et j'ai volontairement fourni une documentation complète sur la connaissance du client (KYC), la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (AML) et la provenance des fonds , notamment des relevés Revolut, des enregistrements de transactions MEXC, des documents relatifs à mes revenus d'emploi, des informations fiscales et d'autres preuves attestant de la provenance légitime de mes fonds.
Malgré cela, SlotNeo n'a pas débloqué les fonds restants.
SlotNeo m'a ensuite proposé environ 6 259 USDT à titre de règlement. J'ai refusé cette offre , car j'estime avoir droit aux fonds légitimement détenus sur mon compte.
Le différend a également fait l'objet d'une enquête menée par un autre site pendant environ cinq mois .
Après avoir initialement classé l'affaire sans suite, ils l'ont rouverte et réexaminée par la suite.
Suite à cette réévaluation, j'ai maintenu ma position et contacté SlotNeo, demandant au casino de reconsidérer l'affaire et de me verser mes fonds/gains .
Il s'agit d'un élément important du dossier car ils ont examiné indépendamment les circonstances et les preuves avant de parvenir à leur position.
