  • I signed on to make a deposit since I won on the free $10 and when I signed in, I saw they had reversed the withdrawal amount.  I went to Live Chat to see what the status is on my withdrawal of $50 and they said that there is no problem that he could see.    So, its been almost 4 days and still no reply from customer service via email and live chat did not see why my withdrawal was not yet processed.  Maybe still too early to tell?  I keep all updated....
