So I signed up for an account with this casino. I fully verified my account I purchased a coin package. I started a redemption that I canceled and then started the redemption process on a larger amount $900.00. Continued playing purchased another coin package. Then they deleted my account and canceled my redemption saying that I violated a rule because I used a family members card to purchase my packages. I provided them with proof of permission to use the card. And verification of my own identity. There was no indicated that such a detrimental rule was in the policy agreement. I would think that having such a critical rule it would be made obvious by this company. Not only obvious but to not allow the purchase of packages to ever be done. If I’m verified to who I am and use a different card the payment should be immediately blocked just like my account was by the support team. I find it extremely distasteful and unfair. If I had been aware of the rule I would have made improvisions that would have accommodated the rule.
