I enquired at the livechat to ask when my withdrawal will be processed and I was shocked when the agent said that they have no means to communicate with the finance department. This basically means that the live chat is useless in this regard and I have no way of knowing what it happening with my withdrawal. As for verification, I went to the verification page many times (even just now) and on the page it is stated that there is no need for my account to be verified.
