I started a withdrawal on 4 June 2026. It was in a pending state for about 24hrs then showed as “approved” status. I’ve had this account since 2023, only ever used one card for deposits and withdrawals ever. I’ve made 3 withdrawals since I opened my account, they never took longer than three days. My account is fully verified and I didn’t use any bonus it was a straight deposit . The casino said to allow 1-6 days to process, but after two weeks passed they requested a bank statement showing funds were not received and I sent it immediately. Their chat support takes approx 2 to 4 hrs to reply. I have downloaded ALL the transcripts of chats if required as I check in once a day and just leave the app running in the background. When I requested proof of payment from their side (as they insist the funds were paid the very next day, Friday 5th) to follow up with my bank, and As soon as I do that, the agents ghost me and leave our conversation immediately ( when I’ve been waiting for 2-3 hrs to engage with a live agent) They claim to be investigating but every day “they have no updates” As though the funds vanished into thin air.
