I had to present them in reverse order to prove the win was 50 SC — because the casino kept trying to tell me it was only 5 SC. My screenshots clearly show the 50 SC prize segments and the yellow pointer on the winning spot. Customer support gave me the runaround for over a week: contradictory responses, stalling, and finally silence. They ignored my deadlines and threats to escalate.
