I really hope you can help. This is truly nuts and just criminal behaviour from Wikiluck. Unfortunately, they have stolen €500 from me claiming I made the money from cashback casino bonus.
The money originally came from a sports bet on August 1st.
I then didn't log in until Sept 13th, where I played the €610 down to €500 and withdrew. The casino added a cashback bonus to my account (Without me knowing) on August 23rd which autoconverted/cancelled the same day -
However the casino is now claiming I played with this bonus and the funds all came from the €5 and have completed ignored the sports bet or the fact the bonus expired. The also ignore the profit and loss below -
I have tried emailing them and getting them to engage and see logic, that if the cashback bonus had been the source of the funds (If we ignore the fact the balance was already at €610) the screenshot above, showing the period since the cashback bonus was added and Sept 13th when I logged in would show +€495 - Not minus €114.
Casino simply ignores me.
This is just blatant theft. I have many images I can send but have attached the one that shows clearly the error and the minus €114 during the time period they say I turned €5 into €500. This minus €114 is all from casinobets taking the €610 down to €500

Malheureusement, ils m'ont volé 500 € en prétendant que j'avais gagné cet argent grâce à un bonus de cashback. Cet argent provenait initialement d'un pari sportif du 1er août. Je ne me suis connecté que le 13 septembre, date à laquelle j'ai joué mes 610 € jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient réduits à 500 €, puis j'ai effectué un retrait. Le casino a ajouté un bonus de cashback à mon compte (à mon insu) le 23 août, qui a été automatiquement converti/annulé le même jour. Cependant, le casino prétend maintenant que j'ai joué avec ce bonus et que les fonds proviennent tous des 5 €, ignorant complètement le pari sportif et le fait que le bonus ait expiré. Ils ignorent également le compte de résultat ci-dessous. J'ai essayé de les contacter par e-mail pour qu'ils comprennent la logique : si le bonus de cashback était à l'origine des fonds (en oubliant que le solde était déjà de 610 €), la capture d'écran ci-dessus, montrant la période entre l'ajout du bonus et le 13 septembre, date de ma connexion, afficherait +495 € et non -114 €. Le casino fait la sourde oreille. C'est du vol pur et simple. Je peux envoyer plusieurs images, mais j'ai joint celle qui montre clairement l'erreur et le solde de -114 € pendant la période où, selon eux, j'aurais transformé 5 € en 500 €. Ce solde de -114 € provient entièrement de Casinobets qui a ramené mon solde de 610 € à 500 €.
