well, the way I read it is that the no back to back free chip rule there will be an exception made if you already got a free chip you'll still get this chip. That's how I took it I know I had already gotten a free chip and still got the won I won.

Well as of right now, I still havent received dtsweets gift win. I keep looking a few times a day. ah well...maybe Nic will let me know something soon
