    Thank you for the update and info. I am not sure I understand though. The withdrawal request was for the money on the first tournament I won. I played with that and increased the balance to the requested withdrawal amount.

    Yes I did not read the rules and played other tournaments before depositing and did win another one (not several). What made me read the rules was when I did not see the winnings in my account. I realized at that point that I could not play until I deposited, so I did. My question is why should the winnings from the first one be removed? I understand and agree about not getting the second winnings...my mistake!

    Also I do not have a problem depositing more if needed, but then that should be noted somewhere that there is a minimum to continue playing the tournaments.....or did I miss that too?

  • Hi sm,

    Free tournament winnings are considered free chips, so when you played more than one in a row you did the same as if you had requested two free chips in a row. In these cases, winnings are voided.  If you had made a deposit before, your deposit would have been returned to your balance, but in this case all winnings came from free tournaments so they are simply voided. I'm sorry that you didn't read the rules beforehand, I always recommend that you do so, especially when dealing with free chips or free "anything" in a casino.

    Regarding the deposit, the basic idea is that the casino is a business. If you deposit $13 and take a $100 chip, then deposit $12 and take another $100, I think you can see why we feel you're abusing our free chips.  The policies of any casino are based on the fact that we're risking our money when we offer free chips and deposit bonuses, but we expect the player to also risk theirs.

    OK, I understand....it was my mistake....live an learn!

    So that does not really answer my question as to the amount deposit min.

    What is that amount? I think that needs clarified. I don't want to get caught again and deposit what I think is fair just to have any winnings taken away because the casino decides it is not. Without stating a minimum it leaves it open for the casino to  subjectively reject any winnings no matter the amount deposited.

    Please understand, I am not complaining. I just feel without stating a minimum deposit between tournament wins, you are at the mercy of the casino and they can decline any wins at their whim, IMHO

  • Sorry, but I am still confused.  I had a $99 withdrawal pending  from february, I made a $30 deposit on 2/20, then won a tournement, then all that was taken away and the $30 was given back.  Now there is a $100 overnight on its way (I guess that is what that means), but the original $99 is gone and so is my $30 deposit.

    I might understand if one of the withdrawals is declined due to them both being free chips, although I made a deposit between them.  But if that is the case, then my origianl $30 deposit should be back in my account correct?
    Hope this can be cleared up soon as I am quite confused and it seems like everyone kind of is at this point.

    Sorry if I wasn't clear.  Your $99 were approved on Friday; now the Finance department has to process the request and send it to the casino's third party payment processor, who will in turn send funds to you.

    In addition, you had deposited $30 and then won a tournament, by then your balance was $126. You played with it and ended up requesting a withdrawal for $100, this request is still pending and should be approved soon.

    I just spoke with the Finance department because both your wires showed as sent days ago.  However, when they show as sent here it only means one of the payment processors was asked to send it and unfortunately you had bad luck with both wires (this rarely happens).

    The $1,505 wire had to be resent, it already left our account so please wait a couple of days and let me know if it doesn't show up in your bank account.

    Regarding the $739 wire, the payment processor rejected it for some reason.  Please let me know if you'd like the funds sent tomorrow by MoneyGram or if you prefer to receive a check or a wire (we would use a different type).

    I can't give you a specific amount, it could vary depending on the circumstances and, as you said, the important part is for it to be fair.

    But for example, the minimum deposit with most of the payment methods is $30.  If you deposit $30 and then afterwards enter and win $100 in a free tournament, that's fair.  Or if you deposit $50, request a deposit bonus with it and then afterwards you also enter and win a free tournament, that's fair too.
