Thats great and all with the Terms and Conditions crap. Here's my point....
Why on earth would a casino place a bonus on someone's account, allow them to redeem it and play thru the requirements, and then tell them after the fact that they are ineligible?
DONT EVEN PLACE THE COUPON ON MY ACCOUNT AT ALL THEN. Let alone allow me to waste my time playing thru the withdrawal requirements.
Sure, to someone who works there it probably seems "clearly stated", but from a customers standpoint it is not easy to find the rules for each coupon. The emails rarely if ever have any rules stated in them, and next to the coupon where you can click for more info it's usually not very detailed about what restrictions apply.
I'm just wasting more of my time even writing all this I realize, but I just want whoever reads this to know that the way it is setup is stupid. I don't care if the marketing department put it on my account or if Jesus did, it's Limitless Casinos responsibility to only place coupons on a customers account that are applicable to that customer. Almost any other casino I've dealt with doesn't give me promotions and then tell me to go screw myself when I redeem them.
